Why me for this
Group travel is a logistics problem wearing a holiday costume.
Before travel I ran operations teams of 150 people across sales and customer service brands, which is the same job with worse weather.
Between January and August this year I booked 342 trips, and I work independently within the Avoya Travel Network, so I am not steering your group toward one hotel group or one cruise line.

Rooming lists, dietary needs and staggered arrivals tracked in one place, so you are not the one chasing anybody.

So you turn up. Somebody else has the rooming list, knows who lands at 6am, and has already told the hotel about the nut allergy and the anniversary. When someone moves their flight 3 days out, they call me instead of you.

What it costs to run it yourself
The trip usually still happens. It just costs you the months before it, and some goodwill you had not planned on spending. Somebody ends up unhappy about a room or a flight time, and because you booked it, that lands with you as well.
