Our Services

Cattapult Ventures provides travel advisory and planning services, including personal, family, corporate and group travel arrangements. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and venues ("Suppliers"). Bookings are subject to the terms, conditions and cancellation policies of the relevant Suppliers in addition to these Terms.

Planning Fees

Our planning fees are published on this Site and quoted before any work begins. Planning fees cover our advisory and coordination services and are separate from the price of the travel products themselves, which are set by Suppliers. Unless stated otherwise in writing, planning fees are non-refundable once planning work has started.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler information, including names exactly as they appear on travel documents.
• Ensure all travelers hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation. While we can point you toward official resources, obtaining correct documentation remains your responsibility.
• Review all itineraries, confirmations and invoices promptly and report errors.
• Consider appropriate travel insurance. We strongly recommend coverage for cancellation, medical events and disruptions.

Suppliers and Liability

We select Suppliers with care, but they are independent businesses whose acts and omissions are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cattapult Ventures is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or expense arising from the acts or omissions of Suppliers, force majeure events, weather, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no automated scraping, no attempts to interfere with its operation, and no submission of false or misleading information through our forms. Content on the Site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Cattapult Ventures or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Travel information such as pricing, availability, entry requirements and schedules can change without notice, and we do not guarantee that Site content is always current or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Cattapult Ventures arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the planning fees you paid to us for the affected booking.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
